PRICING
How do I pay for Zigi?

Use any credit or debit card number. Your payment information will be securely saved. You will be billed monthly for your membership fee. All gas you receive will be billed weekly when we deliver gas to your vehicle. You can always track your deliveries in your member portal.

Can I cancel my Zigi membership?

Yes, you can cancel Zigi at any time. Submit a cancellation requesr through the member portal or contact info@zigigas.com. Cancellations should be made up to 5 business days before your payment date in order to avoid additional service charges.

Can I order Zigi for my entire office or neighborhood?

Yes. Visit our Groups page to learn more about the benefits you get when you use Zigi for your office, fleet or neighborhood. Contact us to discuss pricing.

How does Zigi compete with service stations?

Simple, we don’t have the overhead associated with a typical station and we buy gas from the same distributers they do. We’re able to offer prices comparable with your local station, but with the added convenience of delivery.


QUALITY
Is the gas the same quality I’m used to getting?

Yes, we get our gas from the same distributors used by most service stations. However, unlike service stations, our gas does not sit in underground tanks. The tanks in our delivery trucks are new and always clean.

How do I know I’m getting the amount of gas I paid for?

Zigi is Weights and Measures certified and uses the exact same pump and meter technology you’d find at a gas station, including an auto shutoff when your tank reaches its full capacity.

Do you offer any other services?

Currently, no, but we will offer tire pressure checks, window washing and other services in the near future.


LOGISTICS
What are Zigi’s hours of operation?

Zigi works all day, everyday! Once you’ve picked your delivery window, Zigi takes care of the rest.

Do I need to be at my car while it’s being filled?

No. After you become a member, we’ll record your preferred location, whether it’s your home or office. All deliveries will be made to this location. On your delivery day, make sure the car is accessible, the gas flap unlocked and the car doors locked. Our trucks are certified and our drivers go through hours of safety training, so we’ll ¬make sure to treat your car like it’s our own.

How does the Zigi delivery driver identify my car?

When you become a member, you will be asked to provide some basic information about your car: make, model, color, year and license plate number.

Does Zigi deliver diesel?

Zigi delivers diesel to fleet only at this time. We deliver high quality Unleaded 87 Regular or Unleaded 91 Premium to all direct to consumer or corporate customers.


SAFETY
Is Zigi safe?

You bet. Zigi’s delivery drivers are commercially licensed and HAZMAT-trained. Our DOT-certified trucks are equipped with 109-gallon aluminum tanks, spill containment kits, fire extinguishers and Weights and Measures-certified meters. We’ll treat your car as if it were our own.

Is Zigi safe for the environment?

Yes, in fact it’s great for the environment. Imagine how much gas can be saved by not making trips to the service station. Now imagine if everyone used it. A lot fewer trips to the service station means a lot less wasted fuel and CO2 emissions. And can you imagine how much gas is spilled at the service station?

I’ve heard that static electricity can start a fire. Should I be concerned?

No. Our pumps are grounded and Zigi drivers are thoroughly safety trained.

Is the online payment safe?

Yes. In fact, paying Zigi is safer than using a card at a service station, where thieves routinely steal credit card information.
